RoomTwoo is a preorder business model platform. However, we also offer ready stock for certain products. Feel free to view our ready stock products here.


Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) service?

Why is my order late?

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors beyond our control can cause delays in delivery. Your understandings will be truly appreciated.


What is your return policy?

All items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.


What if my items are damaged upon arrival? 

We thoroughly check all our products conditions before delivery is made and take care to ensure all products are packed well before they are shipped. However, there might be some accidents during delivery due to reckless delivering by postman which does not fall under our responsibility. Therefore, buyer will have to bear the risk of delivery and RoomTwoo will not be compensating if there is any damages caused during delivery.
