Order Guide

1. Create a new account / Log in to existing account 

Create an account if you're new to here. Make sure to verify your account via the link sent to your email after creation.

If you've already sign up an account, log in to your account.

2. Add item to cart / wishlist

After logged in, you are able to add item to your wishlist so that you can view them later. If you wish to purchase ahead, add the item(s) to your cart.

If you're looking for an item(s) that you saw on our Instagram, click on the "search" icon to start searching by inserting the item name. If you failed to find the desired item, feel free to send us a DM on Instagram @roomtwoo

3. Checkout

Click on the "checkout" button once you've done shopping, you will be navigated to the delivery details. Shipping, taxes and discounts will be calculated at checkout.

Please make sure all the information filled are correct before you click on "place order now". Leave a message at the remark section (if has any).

4. Payment Method

We offer several payment methods:

1) Cash Deposit / Online Bank Transfer

Please attach your receipt as payment proof after you've made the payment.

If you lost the page to upload receipt while you minimize the website to make payment, you can find it at "My Account". You will see your order number and status there. Click on the order number and you will be able to upload your receipt there. Reference ID is not compulsory.

Your payment will be verified within two working days and the Payment Status will changed from "Pending" to "Paid".

2) Paypal / Credit Card

No receipt is needed and your payment will be verified immediately.

3) TnG Pay

Please attach your receipt as payment proof after you've made the payment.
